This Privacy Policy provides information of the manner in which data of the Clients is collected and processed data by the Company for production, trade and services ASTA TREJD DOOEL export-import Skopje, with registered seat at str. Oslo no.22B, Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia, with unique registration number 4909135, tax number 4030994219260, operating under the brand name ASTA ADRIA (hereinafter referred to as “ASTA ADRIA”).

ASTA ADRIA  is committed to protecting the privacy of Clients i.e. Service Users.  The processing and protection of personal data is carried out in accordance with this Privacy Policy, ASTA ADRIA  internal rules and the relevant legal regulations.

Categories of data
ASTA ADRIA  collects and processes the Clients data listed in the ASTA ADRIA  Registration Form, i.e.the following information: Company name, tax number, identification/ registration number, registered office, postal code, city, country, delivery address, contact information (telephone number, mobile number, fax, email address, website), contact person for reservations / logistics and contact person for finance with phone number, mobile number and email address, as well as email address for delivery of invoices. If the Clients do not fill in the mandatory data, they will not be able to register and use the services of ASTA ADRIA .

As confirmation of the data stated in the Registration form and the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of ASTA ADRIA, the legal representative (Manager) of the Client should sign the Registration form  by hand or with an electronic signature.

In order to realize the request / booking order, ASTA ADRIA may request the Client to submit the name and surname of the driver and the other passengers, license plates and other data for the cargo vehicles or the passengers, only if the specific ferry or intermodal operators request that data in order to provide a service.

At the request of ASTA ADRIA , the Clients are obliged to provide additional information, documentation or excerpt from the trade register as proof of the authenticity of the data stated in the Registration Form or for the purpose of realization of the service.

When visiting the Website- https://astaadria.com, the server creates logs for each Client /Visitor, i.e. registers their Internet Protocol (IP) address. The IP address alone is not enough to identify a person, but it can be used in combination with other data such as records from internet service providers in criminal investigations.

Purpose of personal data processing
ASTA ADRIA processes the personal data submitted by the Clients or Users of the services, only for the purposes for which they are collected i.e. for their registration, processing of their requests / orders for reservations and provision of services (including updating data, solving problems, as well as providing support), access to the Platform-https://epay.astaadria.com and enabling electronic payment for services.

In addition to the correspondence directly arising from the provision of the Services and the use of the Platform for electronic payment- https://epay.astaadria.com, ASTA ADRIA may occasionally send emails to Clients with important information and notifications.

Rights of the personal data subject
The personal data subject has the following rights:

right to request information from ASTA ADRIA whether his/her personal data are processed. In particular, the personal data subject may request information on the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data being processed, the users or categories of users to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, existence the right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and the right to object, and the existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling;

right to immediately request rectification of his inaccurate or incomplete personal data, and ASTA ADRIA to make rectification within 15 days from the day of submitting the request;

right to request deletion of personal data stored by ASTA ADRIA, under conditions provided by law, that ASTA ADRIA  is obliged to delete within 30 days from the date of submission of the request for deletion;

right to request a restriction of processing from ASTA ADRIA , under conditions provided by law;

right to obtain his personal data, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another responsible person (data portability);

right related with automated individual decision-making, including profiling;  

other rights provided by law and applicable regulations.

Confidentiality and protection of personal data
ASTA ADRIA undertakes and applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure confidentiality and protection of personal data processing against accidental or illegal destruction of personal data, or their accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access in accordance with the relevant regulations. All person employed in ASTA ADRIA who have access to personal data are obliged to keep the personal data as confidential and are trained to ensure secrecy and protection during their processing.

ASTA ADRIA reserves the right to disclose personal and / or confidential data in cases provided by law or when it is necessary to conduct court proceedings or to protect the rights and interests of ASTA ADRIA.

All Operators (operating ferry companies and intermodal providers) with which ASTA ADRIA cooperates should respect the principles of personal data protection and to take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure confidentiality and protection of the processing of personal data of the Clients to which they have access when providing services or in any other way.

ASTA ADRIA is not responsible for unauthorized disclosure or any illegal forms of processing of personal data of Clients by  Operator/s and will be exempted from liability for compensation of any material and / or non-material damage that could be directly or indirectly caused.

The electronic payment for the services by the Clients is redirected from the Platform of ASTA ADRIA- https://epay.astaadria.com and is processed in the processing center for payment through payment cards of the bank. Payment card data for conducting transaction authorization are transmitted through a secure connection and are fully encrypted. ASTA ADRIA does not have access to the confidential data entered by the Client during the electronic payment and they are processed exclusively by the bank for the purpose for which they are provided.

ASTA ADRIA does not share information collected on the Website - https://astaadria.com with third parties unless it is necessary for the realization of a service requested by the Client / User.

ASTA ADRIA may share data within the ASTA ADRIA group, between the head office and other affiliates, if it is necessary for electronic processing and management or for provision of a specific service, as well as for the needs for realization of the payment process.

Changes and acceptance of the Privacy Policy
When filling the Registration form, the Clients must explicitly declare that they have read and fully understand and accept this Privacy Policy, as an essential step for using the services of ASTA ADRIA. By signing the Registration form and using the services of ASTA ADRIA, it is considered that the Clients are at all times acquainted with this Privacy Policy and that they fully comprehend and accept it.

ASTA ADRIA reserves the right, at any time, to change and amend this Privacy Policy.

In case of change of this Privacy Policy, the date at the end of the same will be revised. ASTA ADRIA will inform the Clients for changes of the Privacy Policy via e-mail to the contact details given in the Registration form. If some of the Clients do not agree with the changes, they should deliver a written notification and stop using  the services of ASTA ADRIA.
